As our Global Travel Category Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction for Nufarm's $50M p.a. corporate travel spend, devising effective contract and supplier relationship management strategies, and managing travel suppliers and contracts. You will also be responsible for sourcing new ideas, managing relationships and risks with travel management agencies, airlines, hotels, and car service companies, as well as ensuring compliance and effective training of Nufarm users.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist in managing our SAP Concur T&E system, provide market and business intelligence advice to stakeholders, and identify and communicate potential long-term issues, seeking innovative solutions. Your leadership and interpersonal skills, including negotiation, motivation, conflict resolution, coaching, and performance planning and development, will be critical to your success in this role.
