**About the Role**

This is a great opportunity for a Procurement Category Lead to make a real impact, driving sourcing strategies for Sugar, Other Ingredients, and Co-Manufacturing. Reporting to the Regional Head of Procurement - Ingredients, currently based in Indonesia, you'll lead cross-functional collaboration, manage supplier partnerships, and mentor a Procurement Category Manager.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead category strategies that optimize procurement for Sugar, Other Ingredients, and Co-Manufacturing.
- Execute negotiation strategies and build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and sustainability outcomes across the supply chain.
- Develop and coach your team to foster growth and ensure high performance.

**What You Bring**:

- A natural talent for influencing and collaborating with diverse teams, making a meaningful impact at all levels.
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and project management, creating value that resonates across regions.
- A passion for fostering high performance and growth within your team—people management experience is an advantage but not essential.
- A commitment to sustainability and efficiency, with a focus on smart, cost-effective solutions
- Exposure to global markets is a plus, along with flexibility for varying time zones and working hours as the role operates across multiple regions,
- A background in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing—ideally within FMCG—that has equipped you to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
