Our customers connect easily with health practitioners using this platform to access information quickly to make informed decisions and improve outcomes for their clients who have suffered personal injuries such as road or workplace accidents.As a Head of Customer Experience at UHG, you will be working strategically with our current and prospective clients to drive mutual value creation and enduring partnerships with the existing customer portfolio within the Life Insurance, Workers Compensation, CTP and Self Insurance sectors.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to take on this leadership role and collaborate with industry leaders, key customer stakeholders and work with a team of Account Managers to ensure a strong customer, service excellence and compliance focus. A full position description is available upon request. The role will be based primarily in NSW with access to the Sydney office.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Position UHG as a trusted advisor with key industry stakeholders
- Represent UHG at industry forum, customer meetings and events
- Develop and execute growth plans and strategies with new and existing product and services for key customers across nominated sectors, ensuring growth targets are achieved
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across nominated sectors
- Negotiate new customer contracts, contract renewals and/or extensions to ensure business needs and financial targets are met
- Identify opportunities for new products and services to meet market needs
- Manage and support your team of Account Managers

**Qualifications**:
**What You Should Have**
- Degree qualifications desirable
- 5-10 years’ senior leadership experience within a similar role or industry
- Exceptional leadership and customer relationships skills
- Proven skills in negotiation and influencing
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal to all stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to coach and provide feedback in a constructive manner
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
