**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a **Manager, Field Development** to be part of our Learning Development and Delivery team. The role in Field Development Team is a unique opportunity to develop and deliver training to uplift capability to the broader NSWPF.

The successful applicant will be responsible for a team of Police and administration staff to deliver the vision and focus of the broader command and NSWPF. As a newly created position the opportunity is available to bring your experience and knowledge to the fore in developing and enhancing the operational capacity of the unit. The position is located in newly refurbished offices next to Sydney Olympic Park station.
