**Hey You**:
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Personal Support Worker - Aged Care to assist our clients to enhance their quality of life

In this role you will provide person centred support and care, promote wellness and reablement and respect clients choices and lifestyle preferences. This role operates within our Community Portfolio's Aged Respite space.

Key responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

- Provide support and assistance to the client in accordance with their established care plans;
- Support involvement in social and recreational activities
- Transport clients to and from programs/ excursions as required. Driving a 12 seater vehicle (don't worry, only car licence is required);
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, medication, cleaning, meal preparation.

**About You**:
Our ideal Personal Support Worker - Aged Care will be able to demonstrate:

- Ability to build relationships and a genuine caring nature;
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills;
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills with the ability to priorities and multitask;
- Basic computer and technology skills.

You will also meet the following essential criteria:

- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (or be working towards Nursing qualification);
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate;
- Current Australian Driver's license and registered vehicle;
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion or willingness to obtain;
