**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity to join Deborah Cheetham**Retirement Village ,Ocean Grove**as a Personal Care Worker. Part time role working Sunday, Monday and Tuesday 2200-0700**This care role is in Special care.

In this role you will:

- Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
- Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dad
- Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
- Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment

**About You**

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

- Certificate III/ IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support
- Kindness in your DNA
- Strong empathy
- Outstanding communication skills
- A reliable, friendly and professional style
