Our dentists are friendly and approachable and we have a friendly, fun and supportive team. A typical day at our practice is fast paced and varied, with team members helping others when needed. We run a very efficient and organised practice whilst having fun the same time.

The position is a mix of dental assisting and reception.

The position includes:

- Patient care and management
- Reception and administrative duties
- Ensuring the delivery and standard of customer service.
- Stock management.
- Reception duties, following up enquiries, appointments and patient management.
- Financial management includes HICAP, EFTPOS, EXACT Software, Medicare, Manage accounts, invoicing and payment plans.
- Ensuring organisational growth.

We are looking for:

- Experience working in a dental practice
- Positive attitude and team player
- Motivated and calm personality, able to work in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional patient care and customer service
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Previous experience using EXACT dental software is a bonus.

Excellence pay rates available depending on experience.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
