As a NDIS Worker you will provide support to Participants in their home and social activities within the Community and provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in accordance with their NDIS plans and goals.

These tasks include:

- Assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support clients in accessing community activities, social outings, and recreational programs.
- Assist with medication administration and healthcare needs as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support provided and client progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other support professionals to ensure coordinated care and positive outcomes.
- Demonstrate empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

For this position, you will be required to be physically fit, hold an open Queensland Driver's license and be willing to use your own vehicle for work purposes, ensuring that your vehicle is appropriately insured.

Demonstrated experience in Domestic Assistance, Community, Mental Health & Disability Services is highly regarded.

You will require a Current National Police Check, Blue card, NDIS Screening Card, CPR and First Aid certificate for this position.

Your roster will typically be rostered between the hours of 7am - 5pm, Monday to Friday with flexibility around alternative shifts required. Weekends and evening shifts are also available.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
