**The Role**

Are you looking for a new challenge but still want to utilise and maintain your current Payroll or HR knowledge? How often do you get to influence the outcome of a business meeting or sales pitch? Would you like to use your service orientation in a new challenge?

The main responsibilities of this role:
- Be the product SME
- Demonstrate the key benefits of the ichris Payroll and Human Capital Software through formal client presentations (virtual or on premise)
- Provide ongoing consulting to the broader sales team to secure new business
- Maintain sales databases
- Respond to tenders

This role can be located in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth or Sydney. Although you will have plenty of opportunity to work from home, as well as travel to client’s premises - locally, intrastate and interstate - you will need to attend one of Frontier Software offices on a weekly basis.

**To Be Successful**

You will work closely with your manager and other BDC’s to acquire the necessary knowledge to succeed. We are looking for a ‘storyteller’ - someone who can read the audience and really listens to what is happening and can then weave the story, so the audience understands, is engaged and committed. Your background in Payroll and/or HR plus your engaging, confident manner will put you in a great position to succeed.

You will also bring:

- Tenacity, a little flamboyancy and passion for presenting
- A strong technical/systems bent with the ability to quickly learn new programs
- The ability to think on your feet while exuding confidence that gains clients trust
- Strong skills in all Microsoft programs, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Excellent presentation skills including exceptional oral and written communication.
