We are currently seeking an inclusive and collaborative Reliability Manager to be based at our Tip Top Dry Creek site. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a dynamic and hands on role that is responsible for leading, coaching and directing activities within our Reliability team.
Purpose of the Role
The primary purpose of the Reliability Manager role is to drive our agenda of operational excellence, cost reduction and increased productivity.
- Responsible for driving team engagement and a culture of continuous improvement
- Provide the leadership, structure and resources to improve safety and engagement to best-in-class levels
- Promote, lead and actively support all continuous improvement programs
- Provide the day-to-day operational leadership for trade's personnel ensuring good communication is maintained and providing accountability
- Plan, manage and execute Asset Health plan delivering Repairs and Maintenance (R&M) expenditure to budget and Site Capital projects to plan
- Promote an open, flexible work environment while complying with all company policies and procedures
- Drive performance, accountability and engagement within Maintenance services with a key focus on building capability
- Ensure food safety and quality requirements are adhered to
- In conjunction with the leadership team, continuously review systems and processes to improve key operational efficiency measures
- Support production and site activities to optimise productivity and minimise downtime
- Plan all maintenance work to align with plant and resource availability
About You
- 3-5 years leading a Maintenance team
- Mechanical, electrical, or engineering background
- FMCG/food industry experience will be highly regarded
- Strong ability to build effective internal and external working relationships at all levels
- Demonstrated strong people leadership skills
- Strong safety mindset in all facets of work
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing practices
