- Incumbent is required to work 100% onsite at Wollongong Campus
- Full time and part time hours will be considered

**The Opportunity**

The Future Student Advisor plays a pivotal role in providing accurate information about UOW course offerings, admissions process, enrolment, scholarships, accommodation and student life. They will assist with administrative functions related to the student lifecycle and contribute to student recruitment events and activities.

**About You**

You will be passionate about customer service and helping prospective students. You will be proactive, motivated, and target driven, with the ability to work well within a diverse, collaborative team. You will be experienced in meeting deadlines, with the ability to adjust and reprioritise your workload as needed.

Your ability to adapt to new web-based systems and service-related technology will be essential as you manage a high volume of information while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
