As a Real Estate reception trainee you will step into the exciting world of real estate & have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of property management and sales, all while developing key administrative skills.

This role is ideal for those who are organised, enjoy customer interaction, and are keen to advance in a fast-paced industry.

**ABOUT CCGT**:

Throughout your traineeship, you will be employed by CCGT and will work day-to-day with our host employer in order to receive your on-the-job training in the industry.

**YOUR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- General front desk administrative duties
- Assist with the management & execution of residential tenancy leases
- Data entry into industry specific programs for both sales & property management
- Mail management
- Ensuring the workspace is kept tidy
- Maintain social media pages
- Support sales & property management staff as required

Working full time, Tuesday to Saturday 9:00am - 5:06pm.

As part of this Traineeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice through ON THE JOB Training over a period of 24 months.
