Stabilised Pavements Group is focused on delivering pavement construction, rehabilitation and maintenance solutions that are cost effective, sound in design to deliver longevity and environmental sustainability. These solutions are based on extensive engineering expertise, technology and systems that ensure the highest standards of quality, occupational health, safety and environmental management.

Our Head Office is based on the Central Coast, New South Wales with additional depots located in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Townsville, Perth and Hobart. We have been operating for almost 40 years and employ over 250 people.

**Description**:
About the role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Operations Manager provides efficient management of our resources and subcontractors across Western Australia. Experience in civil road works, as well as a solid track record in people leadership is required.

Duties

Provide resource management and assignment
Provide technical and operational advice
Liaise with all members of the delivery team
Regular onsite inspections
Manage operational issues in a timely manner
Client liaison and business development
Accountable for triple bottom line delivery within budgeted requirements
Daily, monthly and forecast reporting
Ensure compliance on sites, conduct QA audits
People and learning management
Compliance, review and assist with SPA management systems and procedures

Skills & Experience

Minimum 10 years’ experience with civil road works
Minimum 5 years in a leadership role in a P&L environment
Knowledge of Road Construction Machinery
Demonstrated Leadership, Interpersonal and Organisation Skills
