Responsibilities
  • At Chargrill Charlie's our Front of House team members are the face of the business.
  • Interact with customers to ensure they receive the best service through your attitude and concern.
  • Work with coworkers to take and present orders, while complying with restaurant standards.
  • Support Management and contribute to the overall cleanliness, safety and presentation of the restaurant.
  • Create great friendships and contribute to our culture of fun.
Qualifications
  • Hardworking and a great communicator.
  • Friendly and committed to providing exceptional customer service as you interact with guests.
  • Truly a team player who can get along with all staff while being driven to achieve success for the business.
  • You love food, are passionate about helping and leading people, take pride in your work, are results driven and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
