What’s the opportunity?

Y Victoria is currently seeking a **Fixed Term Part-time Coordinator** for our After School Care service at_ _**_St. Liborius Primary School_**.** This is a parental cover and part-time (**_22.5_** hours per week starting _A_**_pril 2025 - December 2025_**) with working hours from_ _**_Monday - Friday from 1.30 p.m. - 6.00 p.m_**.** which includes planning time.

The hourly rate for the position is between $34 - $41 p/hour (depending on your qualification) + 11.5% super.

OSHC Coordinators are responsible for:

- Overseeing the daily operations and strategic development and growth of the program;
- Working with the Regional OSHC Coordinator to identify and respond to service improvement opportunities;
- Creating a positive relationship with the school, families, local community groups and contract partners;
- Managing a team of educators who support you in operating a high quality and fun Outside of School Hours Care program

What do you need?
- You’ll need to have either completed or be working towards a Diploma or tertiary-level qualification as determined by ACECQA (see the link below)
- You’ll need to have, or be willing to obtain a First Aid in an Education & Care Setting certificate (or equivalent)
- You’ll need to have, or be willing to obtain a valid Victorian Working with Children’s Check - employee check
- You’ll need to have, or be willing to obtain a Food Safety Supervisor certificate within the first month of your employment
