**About the Organization**

They are now able to pride themselves on establishing the first Dementia Village of its’ kind in Australia. Under my clients’ umbrella is also a traditional Residential Aged Care facility and an extensive community program.

**About you**:
My clients’ brief is to find a Registered Nurse who is an experienced and competent manager, capable of taking on the management of their services within a community setting. You will have an in-depth understanding of Home Care Packages, the National Disability Insurance Scheme and Commonwealth Home Support Program. You will have experience in delivering services within a budget and knowledge of compliance with relevant funding guidelines. You will be a strong leader who is able to provide supervision and clinical governance to Support Workers, Case Manager and Community Center staff. You will have a passion and commitment to ensuring the delivery of outstanding care to the clients within your care. You will also be capable of delivering training to community -based staff as required.

**You will have**:

- Current AHPRA registration without restriction
- A minimum of four years’ experience in a similar role
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate to enable the management of stakeholders at all levels
- High level computer literacy
- Excellent assessment skills and the ability to recommend and establish a suitable model of care
- National Police clearance
- NDIS Workers Screening
- Current drivers’ licence
- A current Working with Vulnerable people clearance
- Up to date vaccinations - flu and COVID
