Poco Posy is expanding and looking to hire funky and fun florists to join our team We are an online business inside of a warehouse with super mínimal customer service required, we've got a wholeeee administration team looking after that... you can just focus on makin’ some GORGEOUS blooms

Working days are flexible - we’re looking for a team that can work any days between Monday Friday.

Your average day with Poco Posy will look a lil’ something like this:

- Creating & wrapping our Posy’s - we have a simple range of Posy’s on our website, so you’ll be making roughly the same things each daywe keep it simple for our customers and our staff
- Packing deliveries & checking that EVERYTHING we send out is looking lovely,
- General cleaning, stocktake, flower processing, and product wrapping,
- Very basic computer usage - just to navigate our website from time to time,
- The occasional dash to the flower markets

This might be ✨controversial✨, but we like to be a lil’ different
- Wear your activewear to work - we’re not fussed on what you wear each day, as long as your comfortable & wearing closed in shoes we’re chill
- Vibe with the team all day long, or listen to a podcast or audiobook if you’d prefereach day is a little different and we like to go with the flow.
- No scrubbing bucketslike, ever

Don’t think you need to be the King &/or Queen of floristry for this role - we’re happy to train the right person for our team.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
