**Kingston Human Capital** has been engaged by one of our leading Government Departments we are recruiting two Senior Procurement Advisory roles (A07 & A06) for an exciting program.

Your key duties in this role will include the following:

- Lead, manage and deliver procurement requirements across the end-to-end project as they enter their planning, operational and delivery phases
- Manage and deliver hands-on procurement activities from tender, to award, encompassing clear, compliant and concise procurement documentation for complex activities
- Identify and track to resolve key risks relating to procurement activities for projects
- Provide expert procurement advice including the provision of reviewing and optimising procurement processes across the project

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- Proven working knowledge in a similar end-to-end procurement specialist role, delivering strategic and tactical end-to-end procurement activities
- Strong knowledge of Contemporary Procurement Methodologies and Frameworks such as Competitive Dialogue, Lean-Agile Procurement and Interactive Procurement
- Previous procurement knowledge and experience, driving major project initiatives
- Previous government sector procurement working knowledge and experience, combined with a strong commercial mindset and commercial acumen
- Self-starter, energetic and proactive approach to business partnering within a project and complex stakeholder environment
- Strong influencer and engager, to establish rapport quickly with internal customers and external stakeholders at all levels

- Be supported with Hybrid Working where 50% of hours are in the office and 50% of hours working from home within a fortnightly period
