Reporting to the CEO, and forming part of the Executive leadership team, your charter will lead the development of MPMG’s strategic roadmap, delivering analytics and insights to inform strategy development and optimise business performance. As a trusted advisor to the CEO, you will provide actionable insights and recommendations on data, analytics, and business improvement, drive data governance initiatives by establishing data quality standards, and implement appropriate data security measures. Additionally, your remit will require collaboration with IT teams to ensure data infrastructure and systems are optimised. Ultimately, and with real intent, you will play a lead and instrumental role in fostering a culture of data driven decision making within the organisation, promoting the use of analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

As such, we are looking for a highly motivated, collegiate leader, possessing exceptional communication skills to drive and evaluate operational performance outcomes which contribute to the achievement of MPMG’s overall strategy. Your in-depth knowledge and expertise of statistical data analysis, techniques and methodologies, data integrity and platform optimisation will compliment appropriate tertiary qualifications (such as business or commerce).
