Job Overview

An experienced and proactive Installation Supervisors to lead on-site activities for our key projects. This role involves managing on-site operations, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, and maintaining strong client relationships. If you have strong leadership skills and thrive in a hands-on environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Commissioning: Oversee the commissioning of equipment, ensuring all systems are fully operational and meet project specifications.
- On-site Supervision: Provide day-to-day supervision of installation teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports on progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns.
- Implement HSE Requirements: Ensure all health, safety, and environmental requirements are adhered to on-site, promoting a safe working environment.
- On-site Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to on-site activities, including logs, reports, and checklists.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in on-site supervision and installation.
- Strong understanding of commissioning processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of HSE standards and best practices.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
