**Description**:
The purpose of this position is to work through the NDIS portal to create service bookings for participants, resolve participant errors, process participants' funded support plans and process participants' exit forms.
**Skills and Experiences**:
Desired skills and experience
Experience and skills working with Lumary and within the NDIS industry
Understanding of NDIS plans to maximize the participants support program
Must have good attention to detail
Ability to work closely with participants and or family members
Customer focused mentality
Excellent administrative IT skills
