**About the role**

This role is required to analyse data to provide insights to deliver value to the business. This role will also develop reports to monitor performance and automate manual tasks. The role will partner with the business to determine the commercial outcomes from data-driven strategies and the performance of the credit team.

The role is responsible for analysis of the debt book and cash flow trends and patterns to deliver valuable insights. It is also responsible for the allocation of work to case management specialists, and the analysis of the outcome.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Proactively partner with operational leaders to determine their requirements, analyse data, develop and automate reports that provide insights and meet the needs of the business.
- Analysis of data to highlight and report on performance issues across operations including simple adhoc queries, regular performance updates and in-depth analytics projects.
- Analyse & interrogate data to provide insights that can be used to improve business outcomes.
- Link operational outcomes to commercial outcomes
- Present data insights and findings with commentary to a wide range of stakeholders

**About you**
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in a reporting and analytical environment.
- Intermediate MS Office: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
- Strong SQL & Python data & BI reporting skills to interrogate data.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to provide insights to identify opportunities and link operational outcomes to commercial outcomes.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills - particularly the ability to communicate technical information to a broad audience.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills & ability to prioritise conflicting activities with stakeholders.
