**THE ROLE**

**THE DUTIES**
- Act as the first point of contact, providing information to members, trainees and key stakeholders across NSW and ACT.
- Monitor trainee progression and compliance, ensuring they are on track and aligning with training requirements.
- Work closely with the internal committees
- organisation of quarterly meetings, agendas and minutes.
- Ensuring accurate records for trainees are maintained within the database.
- Organisation and execution of key events including internal meetings, examinations, and training events.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- The ability to digest information analytically and think objectively.
- Strong rapport building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in project administration - managing timelines and multiple priorities.
- Passion for the medical/education space (previous experience within a medical/health/education/non-profit/membership space will be highly regarded).
