**About the Role**:
Based at our state-of-the-art Horsley Park facility in Western Sydney, you'll report to the Shift Supervisor and work a rotating day/night shift pattern.

**Roster Pattern**:

- 12-hour shifts (6 AM-6 PM & 6 PM-6 AM)
- Monday to Friday only - **no weekends**
- Averaging 40 hours per week
- Example: 3 days on, 2 off, 3 nights on, 4 off, 2 on, 1 off, 2 nights on

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate high-speed filling and packaging lines
- Keep raw materials stocked and flowing to the line
- Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate when needed
- Support line changeovers and basic maintenance tasks
- Maintain strict quality, hygiene, and safety standards (HACCP, GMP)

**About You**:
We're looking for reliable, mechanically-minded operators with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

**To be successful, you'll have**:

- Experience in FMCG or a production/manufacturing setting
- Good understanding of HACCP, GMP, and hygiene protocols
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Desirable: experience with Krones/Kosme lines or PET bottling
- Desirable: current forklift licence
- A valid Australian driver's licence (limited public transport nearby)
- Full Australian working rights
