**Position Type**: Casual

**Hours**: 49 hours per week (Flat Rate)

**Duration**: ASAP start, finishing in February next year

ARG Workforce is working with a leading civil construction company specializing in storm water projects. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Labourer to join our team for a storm water project.

Happy to take on and train up younger applicants who eager to further their career in Pipe Laying.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the construction and maintenance of storm water infrastructure.
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, trenching, and backfilling.
- Work as part of a team to ensure project timelines are met.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Labourer in construction or civil projects.
- White Card (Construction Induction Card).
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
