**Client HR Executive**
Financial Controllers Real Estate is a niche business specialising in real estate with clients spreading across Qld, NSW, VIC, WA and New Zealand.
Our services cover a range of real estate agency back office requirements. We wish to scourge the Brisbane talent market for a Real Estate Human Resources Manager to assist our clients with their HR needs.
One of the key requirements of the role is to provide high level, timely and professional advice and insights to the director in relation to HR matters, including people and cultural strategy, legislation and awards, employee relations, change management to post Covid era work practices, HR planning, staff retention, performance management and organisational development in real estate.
A side requirement of the role will be to assist the business with improving its own internal HR qualities with the right advice on managing our local and offshore talent.
The role entails:
- Being in charge of implementing FCRE’s HR services commercial objectives
- Setting up annual business plans with the director
- Promoting the HR services of the business and providing input to marketing efforts
- Managing the company's HR collateral and ensuring it is commercially enriched, industry specific and up to date
- Remaining fully abreast with HR compliance framework inc. intricate understanding of the Real Estate Industry Award
- Managing the full suite of employment agreements, conjunctional agency agreements
- Updating the client Procedures Manuals with client employee sign offs
- Assisting the clients with managing the new staff induction process
- Assisting with client/employee disputes including attending Dispute Resolution meetings with client Director, client employees etc
- Preparing customised letters for dispute matters
- Preparing minutes of client dispute meetings
- Advising clients on Fair Work Ombudsman related matters
- Attending to FWO conciliations and disputes
- Liaising closely with the Director in relation to client/employee HR dispute matters
- Working with payroll division on remuneration dispute matters with a view to early resolution
- Assisting clients with rollout of employee mental health/stress at work policies
- Setting up recruitment plans for clients in different real estate market areas
- Understanding our clients' HR needs annually and assisting with identifying talent in sales team, property management and administration
- Advising clients on market based remuneration structures to attract the best talent
- Advising client on employee retention aspects
- Assisting clients with performance management systems and processes
- Understanding and advising clients on compliant conjunctional relationships
- Performing audits on co-agents and highlighting breaches to client and providing analysis of any exposure
- Arranging consultations with clients on work flow and operations with a view to introducing operational efficiencies, improvement in office culture, staff retention and developing cutting edge real estate business systems
- Arranging HR health checks for existing and new clients
- Managing the HR team on performance, training, efficiencies and growth
The role includes an attractive remuneration package commensurate with the past experience. Real estate knowledge and passion are essentials for this role and we want someone who understands real estate agencies. Base salary around $75,000 plus incentives
Pay: $75,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
