We have an exciting opportunity for a hospitality multi-tasking rockstar at our Pattysmiths Store. As a supervisor you will assist with managing the restaurant to achieve sales targets and be responsible for:
running your shift efficiently and ensuring that food is prepared, presented, and delivered to the highest standard
Training and motivating our team to deliver a stellar customer experience
Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant in both front and back of house
Tasks and Responsibilities
Reporting to the restaurant manager, this key role includes the following responsibilities:
Perform opening and closing and other daily duties in accordance with policy and procedures, restaurant checklists and trading hours.
Leading team members in efficient day to day shift operations, ensuring great-tasting, high-quality food is served and exceptional customer service is always maintained
Monitoring portion control and maintaining stock levels for meal periods
Assisting with the induction and training of new team members
Ensure safe work procedures are implemented and carried out with regular inspections of the restaurant conducted.
Maintain and control the production of food preparation and cooking.
Manage Food Safety compliance as per legislative requirements.
About You
Positive, happy, and smiling - enjoys building great workplace culture and providing exceptional customer service
Demonstrated supervisory experience working in the retail, hospitality, or fast-food industry.
Experience safely handling food (or Cert III in Hospitality)
Able to Multi-task and adapt to changing customer levels
Knowledge and experience of cash handling procedures
Valid First Aid Certificate
Work Authorisation: Australia (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: $21.30 - $36.31 per hour
