**About the role**:
As the Clinical Manager at our 46-bed facility, you’ll lead the delivery of person-centered care, working closely with residents, families, and staff. You will coordinate care plans, ensuring they are tailored to each resident's needs, and oversee medication management and staff performance. Your role will also involve maintaining communication with families, assessing care plans, and managing clinical incidents.

You’ll lead a team of professionals, providing mentorship and professional development, and ensuring the team is working within their scope. Additionally, you will support recruitment, retention, and staff development while contributing to budget planning and monitoring financial reports. Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Standards and supporting quality improvement initiatives will be key parts of your responsibilities.

**About you**:
You hold tertiary qualifications in Nursing and are currently registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years of experience. You have a proven track record in a senior clinical care role, particularly in aged care, and have demonstrated leadership and influencing skills. Your understanding of care assessments in the aged care sector, including the use of AN-ACC, is extensive, and you possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

In addition, you are capable of understanding financial management principles and interpreting financial reports. Your knowledge of contemporary aged care issues and opportunities is well-developed, allowing you to adapt to and contribute to the ever-evolving aged care landscape.

**Roster**:
**Part-time roster available Monday to Friday, with flexible with day's start times (7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, or 9am-5pm). Additional weekday or weekend RN shifts are available if you’d like to pick up extra hours.**
