**NDIS Support Workers Wanted - Flexible Shifts Available across Chadstone, Mulgrave, and Doveton, Victoria**

We are currently seeking **experienced, confident, and compassionate female NDIS Support Workers** (participant preference) to join our growing team at **Serena Care**, supporting a lovely participant across Chadstone, Mulgrave, and Doveton.

**About the Role**:

- In-home support (female staff only, as per participant preference)
- Assist with personal care, showering, and morning routines
- Provide companionship and light engagement within the home environment

**Key Requirements**:

- Female Support Worker (participant preference)
- Confident, relatable, and able to build rapport easily
- Experience in personal care and hoist use (_training can be provided_)
- Patient, understanding, and able to follow clear care instructions
- Willing to meet the participant and family prior to commencing shifts
- ABN registered or willing to obtain

**Desirable Skills & Experience**:

- ✔ Experience supporting high-needs participants
- ✔ Understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred support approaches
- ✔ Flexible, dependable, and punctual

**Essential Criteria** _(must have or be willing to obtain)_:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Infection Control Training Certificate
