**Unite Resourcing** has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Resource Scheduler to join a tier 1, ASX listed contractor. This opportunity will see you work with a national contractor that provides an modern workplace culture and fosters the growth of it’s individuals.

As a Resource Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the allocation of equipment, personnel, and materials, reconciling hours to jobs, managing purchases, overseeing logistics, and collaborating with workshop and managers to optimize resource allocation whilst ensuring efficient operations.

**Your career will highlight the following areas and attributes**:

- 3+ years’ practical experience in a similar scheduling role
- Prior mining or construction industry experience, essential
- Demonstrated commitment to a safety culture
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Forward thinking/resolution focused
- High-level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with people from all back grounds
