**Your next opportunity**:
Boral Asphalt are now seeking an experienced Resource Allocator to join our friendly team in Welshpool, WA 6106.

As Resource Allocator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient resource allocation, scheduling and coordination for daily, weekly, and monthly operations. This role will see you managing various tasks relating to personnel, equipment, and project requirements requiring you to exhibit strong organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

**Your day will involve**:

- Effectively planning and coordinating of works to ensure time and budgetary objectives are achieved
- Collaboration with internal team members, locally and regionally, and external customers to ensure effective allocation of resources
- Review and optimise labour utilisation, plant and equipment maintenance and availability
- Coordination and management of subcontractors
- Coordination of business training
- Purchasing, payroll, job costing and other admin duties as required
- HSEQ support for the business

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience in a senior Administration, Scheduling or Coordination (or similar) role within a similar industry
- Purchasing, payroll and job costing experience will be highly regarded
- Ability to establish strong working relationship with our contractors, clients and our team members
- Heavy Vehicle and Chain of Responsibility knowledge WAHVA (desirable)
- Excellent communication and practical project management skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Highly developed computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
