We are seeking an experienced health professional to provide specialised operational and service delivery leadership to WorkFocus’ Motor Vehicle Personal Injury (MVPI) services, driving high performance and service quality nationwide, getting people well and working again.

With extensive experience and profile in Motor Vehicle Personal Injury insurance claims management, injury management or service delivery, you will use your demonstrated ability in achieving team-based results to achieve return to life and work goals for clients and customers across Australia. You can work from any WorkFocus Australia Office.

**Day-to-day you will**:

- Model and guide best-practice rehabilitation and recovery intervention in Motor Vehicle Personal Injury (MVPI)
- Manage a national team of specialist MVPI rehabilitation consultants across service quality, client and customer satisfaction and business performance
- Ensure consistent, premium health and rehabilitation services to our customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, which is a key to our success
- Positively articulate and live the WorkFocus values and vision, pursuing elite business performance via high quality health care intervention
- Enable flexibility and innovation in service delivery to identify, explore and capitalise on opportunities to do things better and get better results

**Qualifications**:
**Attributes and Experience**:

- Full and current registration as an Occupational Therapist (preferred), or Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor.
- Extensive experience and profile in Motor Vehicle Personal Injury insurance claims management, injury management or service delivery.
- Management experience as a leader of occupational rehabilitation services, with minimum of 3 years’ experience in workplace rehabilitation or related human services, insurance, health or business management field.
- Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives and marketing activities.
- Demonstrated ability to determine strategies to identify and solve anomalies/problems.
- Demonstrated expertise working with dispersed teams.
- Organisational and time management abilities to manage competing deadlines.
- Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
