It’s all part of the way we partner with the community to help every individual lead a healthy life.

- Lead engagement with a range of national stakeholders including Food Standards Australia New Zealand, the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority, the National Health Practitioner Ombudsman (including managing the Department's role as host jurisdiction for the NHPO), national radiation bodies, and other jurisdictional regulators and health departments
- Build and maintain positive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of policy and reform projects
- Lead development of the Health Regulator's Regulatory Strategy 2024-26
- Lead other strategic policy projects across areas of responsibility including food safety, radiation and workforce regulation
