**About Us**:

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality outcomes for all students.
- Deputise for the Principal when required.
- Uphold the Deputy Principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
- Form partnerships with parents, other government agencies, community groups, industry and business.
- Actively participating in lifelong learning and engaging in ongoing professional development inspiring a culture of continuous improvement.
- Understand the legislation and policies that impact on schooling.
- Setting and maintaining high standards for both student and staff performance, encouraging growth and excellence.
