Maxima, in partnership with Intract, are on the lookout for **TWO** experienced and creative Marketing and Communication Officers.

Intract is an Indigenous owned and operated organisation within the construction industry, delivering projects across various Australian sites. With a passion of creating real and lasting outcomes for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples, Intract are proud to have 90% of staff identify as Indigenous.

Based at the Head Office and reporting to the Marketing Manager and CEO, you will be involved in and undertake a wide range of marketing, communications, and administrative activities to enhance the company’s brand awareness and public perceptions.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Research, create and distribute marketing and communications materials, including brochures, media releases, tenders and digital media
- Prepare and write internal organisation communication
- Provide proofing and editing expertise to various teams
- Manage online content, including web maintenance and e-marketing campaigns
- Assist to research and monitor client and market information
- Build sustainable relationships with clients
- Coordinate events and sponsorship opportunities

**Skills & Experience**:

- Ability to multitask and meet various tight deadlines
- Can build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- High attention to detail with excellent proofing skills
- Innovative approach with ability to problem-solve
- Proactive and positive attitude

**Role Requirements**:

- Some interstate travel may be required
- Ability to work outside of regular working hours, if requested
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Communications (desirable)
- Previous experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Advanced computer knowledge, including Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment (including drug & alcohol)
