**The role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join our Property team. As an experienced Legal Secretary, you will provide legal administrative support to the Head of Property and the Property team in delivering excellent client service and contribute to process and operational improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing correspondence and legal documents, including proofreading and formatting;
- Implementing processes to improve the team’s operational efficiency and effectiveness;
- Delivering professional and responsive client service, including liaising directly with clients and handling client queries;
- Assisting in billing client and managing the Property team’s financial processes; and
- Legal administration including file management and administration task associated with property work.
