We focus on all aspects of our client's needs, including the physical, emotional, spiritual and social to promote wellness. Our highly respected company was established in 1999, providing a quality home based person-centred service which puts clients at the centre of the decision making and planning process to help identify and achieve their goals.

We are seeking individuals to assist our clients in Barden Ridge and Chester Hill achieve their goals, maximise their potential for independence and live their best life within their community.

Duties may include however are not limited to:

- Community access; shopping, therapy appointments, going out for coffee, beach trips, sports, etc.
- Domestic duties; cleaning and meal preparation
- Personal care

Essential criteria:

- An understanding of disability care and/or Acquired Brain Injuries as well as person-centred support
- National Police Check, Working With Children Check and First Aid Certificate
- Willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Check
- Working rights in Australia
- Current drivers license and willingness to drive including having a registered and insured vehicle
- Valid Covid vaccination certificate, including the booster

Preferred but not essential:

- Industry experience will be highly regarded
- Females encouraged to apply
- Enthusiastic, energetic and outgoing people encouraged to apply
