In this role, you’ll **lead**a team of educators, create **engaging**learning experiences,**and ensure a **safe**,** nurturing**space where children can **grow**and **thrive**. This **permanent part-time** role is mornings and afternoons Monday to Friday with additional paid admin hours each week.

Program & Operations Management** - Oversee daily OSHC operations, plan engaging programs, and ensure compliance with national frameworks and regulations
- ** Leadership & Team Support** - Lead, mentor, and manage OSHC Educators while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture
- ** Child Safety & Well-being** - Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children, implementing behaviour management and emergency protocols
- ** Family & Community Engagement** - Build strong relationships with parents, schools, and the wider community through communication and involvement initiatives
- ** Compliance & Quality Improvement** - Maintain regulatory compliance, manage budgets, oversee training, and drive continuous program improvement

**Qualifications**
- **
Relevant Qualifications** - Working towards or holding a relevant Diploma level qualification (ACECQA approved)
- ** Essential Certifications** - First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and Child Protection Training (current or willing to obtain)
- ** Leadership Experience** - Ideally 2 years in an OSHC leadership role, with strong team management skills
- ** Key Skills** - Administration, curriculum planning, communication, organisation, and conflict resolution
- ** Commitment to Quality** - Passion for child development, compliance with regulations, and maintaining high service standards
- ** Work Rights & Availability -** ongoing permanent Australian work rights, and available to work at least 80% of shifts
