**About the role**

As the Plumbing Supervisor your role is to ensure high customer satisfaction for Solar Hot Water Products. You will hold the license for all Solar Hot Water installs for Solahart Sydney & will therefore act to protect the company’s reputation for proving quality product & installations.

Your duties will be to:

- Select contract install teams who will uphold quality installation processes & customer service befitting of the Solahart brand.
- Provide recommendations to the Sales Manager when quality, process or customer service levels don’t meet requirements of the brand & can ultimately provide advice for the conclusion of a contractor relationship.
- Provide feedback to sales & admin teams during weekly meetings on relevant information to improve quotations or system designs.
- Be involved in installing new products with R&D to gain an understanding of install times & approximate costs.
- Communicate & coordinate installer training session periodically to ensure contractor teams are up to speed on all the products they are expected to install.
- Act as a customer support to help trouble shoot post install customer situations to determine the cause of fault & coordinate the appropriate remedy.
- At times, warranty service work on Solar hot water systems & grid interactive systems
- Onsite quality assurance checks after initial installation

**About you**

This role would suit the plumber who is capable of running their own business, but would prefer the balance & variety this role offers with less time on the tools, more time communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders as well as being exposed to the latest products available in the solar hot water market.

In addition to being a qualified Plumber with a Contractors Licence you will be:

- A strong communicator
- Logical and analytical
- Experienced with Microsoft office programs
- Skills in field service operations
- Commercially orientated with a Customer Service
- Experienced in identifying faults and rectifying.
