**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
This is an opportunity for a self-motivated junior solicitor to join the young and dynamic law practice located in the Sydney CBD.

**We mainly practice in the following areas of law**:

- Migration Law
- Commercial & Property Law;
- Wills and estates
- Family Law;

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the followings, and your duties will increase as the applicant gains experience.
- Assisting senior solicitors as required;
- Conducting legal research,
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence,
- File management,
- Answering phone calls as required and general administrative duties.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills and organisational skills;
- able to work independently and in a team environment as required;
- strong legal research and analytical skills;
- great attention to detail;
- good time management skills;
- a willingness to learn; and
- experience in using legal software would be highly regarded.
