Legal professionals seeking a challenging opportunity to develop their litigation skills are encouraged to apply for this junior solicitor position.

This role involves managing client matters with professionalism and diligence, providing exceptional service and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting correspondence and court documents, and representing clients in court.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the junior solicitor will also be expected to liaise with clients, agents, solicitors, barristers, and other relevant parties, as well as maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to clients.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In order to excel in this role, candidates must have a strong understanding of commercial litigation, criminal law, family law, and taxation law, as well as proficiency in Smokeball.

Additional requirements include the ability to work under pressure, maintain efficiency, and prioritize tasks effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Mandarin and Chinese, which is essential for communicating with clients and stakeholders.
