**Casual Receptionist**
- Casual position ranging between 12 to 24 hours per week, hours may vary from week to week with the ability to be flexible.
- Inner North East location, very close to public transport with on-site parking.
- Wage equivalent to experience and skillset + relevant award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances and superannuation.

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and energetic person to join our tight knit administration team, who form an integral part of our thriving Physiotherapy clinic.

You will report to the Practice Manager and be responsible for various office administration duties, including:

- Reception and front desk duties.
- Optimising and managing the client experience.
- Booking in and further managing client appointments.
- Maintaining records, including checking accounts and invoices.
- Typing correspondence.

The job will be on a casual basis, but we would expect between two to four 6-hour shifts per week. Our clinic hours are from 7.30am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 12.30pm on Saturdays.

The successful applicant must have:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop rapport with clientele.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A high level of proactivity.
- Enthusiasm for working as part of a team.
- Microsoft Office and typing skills.
- Previous reception experience is desirable, but not mandatory.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
