Krystal Community Care is a Disability Support Provider who provides care to our clients with understanding and compassion. We provide personalized care to our clients in their own homes, including our SIL Accommodation, as well as in the community.

We are currently seeking Female Disability Support Workers with NDIS Qualifications including a Working With Children Check to work with female clients in Maidstone and Sunshine.

**Responsibilities**:

- Designing care plans that best suit the client's needs.
- Providing emotional support by talking to clients about their needs and listening to their concerns.
- Tending to the healthcare needs of each client.
- Helping clients to participate in leisure activities.

**Requirements**:

- Commitment to helping others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic with good listening skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
