Are you passionate about innovative design and keen on refining product efficiency? Botton + Gardiner is looking for a talented Industrial Designer to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Resolution**:

- Develop project-specific and catalogue products.
- Enhance existing products for improved efficiency.
- Utilize sketching, 2D/3D CAD, and prototyping.

**Quoting & Estimating**:

- Coordinate with internal and external teams for accurate quotes.
- Provide estimates for custom and standard product designs.
- Maintain a clear and systematic approach to quoting.

**Product Delivery**:

- Test and prototype materials and processes.
- Collaborate on detailed BOMs and production documentation.
- Ensure high-quality manufacturing and resolve design queries.
- Support quality control processes for consistent product delivery.

**Qualifications**
- A degree in Industrial Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software.
- Strong sketching and prototyping skills.
- Experience in engineering-based product design.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality standards.
