**How you will make an impact**

An administrator manages a variety of potential claims commencing with the notification process through the investigation and determination of requirements and ultimately decision on who to pay.
- You will be completing administrative tasks to ensure that customers’ claims and payments are being managed effectively.
- You will be responsible for the holistic end to end management of claims administration.
- You will be required to follow legislative and Trustee requirements and to deal with various insurers in the finalisation of the claim.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Build rapport with customers, advisers and external business stakeholders through understanding their needs.
- Work effectively within a team environment by assisting fellow team members, sharing information and supporting the team to achieve its targets.
- Confidently navigate and source information from multiple internal systems and reference materials.
- Ability to consistently achieve set service standards.
