**The Team**:
Nestled within the picturesque suburb of Enoggera, our vibrant and thriving childcare center offers space for up to 75 children, thoughtfully divided into nursery, toddler, and pre-school rooms. We are open from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm every weekday. Our experienced leadership team, known for their dedication, actively leads by example, and values providing hands-on support to all educators throughout our center.

**The Role**:
This is a Monday to Friday opportunity, working 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide tailored support and implement inclusive educational practices to enhance the learning experience of children with additional needs.
- Work collaboratively with other educators and specialists to develop and follow individualized education plans.
- Foster a nurturing and supportive environment that encourages children’s social, emotional, and educational development.
