**One Tree Defence Unit Enoggera **is located in the leafy suburb of Enoggera, north west of Brisbane. We have 75 places available for children across a nursery, toddler, and pre-school room. We run long day care and a kindergarten program and are open from 6.30am to 5.30pm.

**About you and the role**:

- You know all about the NQS, the EYLF and the Children's Services Regulations;
- You are an amazing leader and a great educator;
- You understand this role is not only about you, it’s about supporting your director and your team;
- You mentor, coach, support and help;
- You are flexible and adaptable;
- You have brilliant organisation skills;
- You do what it takes to deliver a fantastic curriculum and developmentally appropriate programs for children as the Educational Leader;
- You are an amazing communicator who easily builds relationships with your colleagues, families and the community;
- You have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and a current/valid working with children check; and
- You are developing skills that one day will have you being the director of your own centre.
