We are an award winning artisan gluten-free bakery with a cafe in the Sydney CBD and another in Waverley. Our very busy HACCP certified business trades 7 days a week for take away, online orders, deliveries, catering, wholesale and more. Our bread is stocked in Harris Farm Markets across NSW, ACT and QLD. Accredited by Coeliac Australia, our range of innovative premium sweet and savoury products are hand-made with fresh seasonal ingredients. With an immediate start, we are looking for a reliable Junior/Graduate Baker part-time to join our bread production team.

**Requirements & experience**
- Comfortable with weighing up ingredients according to recipe, lifting up to 20kg, proofing bread, scoring bread, baking bread and monitoring oven bake times.
- Work rights for Australia required to allow you to work at least 24 hours per week unrestricted.

**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Part-time role working 3 afternoons a week Wednesday to Friday 12pm-8pm set shifts. Opportunity for more hours in the future.
- You will be working with our Head baker and baker to assist in making our Gluten-free vegan sourdough and brioche bread varieties for retail and wholesale production.
- Immediate start in Alexandria baking in our Revent ovens.
