**SUMMARY**: To maintain all Natus internal administration documents including invoicing and quality reporting documents. Work with and the Natus team. Take responsibility for Customer service relations for the ANZ Natus business.

***ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following**:
(Other duties may be assigned.)

1. This is an office-based role, working hours 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

2. Act as main phone customer service contact point for all customers to answer customer queries.

3. **_General reception duties._** Assist with general administration within the company including answering of company phones and any in-house duties covering in-house staff as required during periods of absence.

4. Order entry of customer orders and track shipment status in accordance with the company SLAs.

5. Work with Natus Line Managers and Warehouse Officer to ensure suitable stock, as and when required.

6. Ensure the timely and accurate shipment of customer orders.

7. Creating installation SR through Siebel for new system orders.
8. Schedule and arrange appointments of Field Engineers by reaching out to
customers to book service jobs.

9. Create invoices for the services done by the Service team using Salesforce.

10. Maintain customer relationship through customer excellence - reaching out to
new and existing customers, follow up survey results and website sales leads with
the help of Office Manager.

11. Generating customer and internal reports as required by management.

12. Assist in Warehouse duties including shipping in busy time periods

13. Assist in other areas of the business where peak demands may necessitate
additional temporary support from other departments.
