Beaumont People are excited to be collaborating with a local Community College nestled in the heart of Burleigh Heads Our client is a registered training organisation dedicated to redefining career paths, shifting perspectives, and empowering brighter futures.

**_About the role:_**

For this role, it would be greatly advantageous if instructors possess a background in coaching or mentoring, the ability to establish rapid rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds, an understanding of the challenges faced by job seekers, and a proactive approach to aiding individuals in reaching their objectives.

The program is an individualised and innovative program encompassing CHC33021 - Certificate III in Individual Support, CHC43015 - Certificate IV in Ageing Support, CHC43115 - Certificate IV in Disability, along with additional skill sets such as HLTHPS007 - Administer and Monitor Medications.

**_Key responsibilities:_**
- Instructing, observing, and guiding learners in accordance with the Individual Support Training Package.
- Adapting to various delivery locations across Southeast Queensland, including the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
- Assisting with the enrolment process, including administrative paperwork.
- Engaging and supporting students throughout their learning journey.
- Offering flexible learning methods to accommodate students with diverse abilities and motivations.
- Demonstrating professionalism while working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
- Collaborating effectively within the team.
- Completing all necessary paperwork for quality assurance, reporting, and audit compliance.
- Managing personal professional development to stay current and relevant in the industry and maintain qualification standards for oneself and the organization.
- Conducting observations of students at aged care and disability facilities.

**_Key requirements:_**
- At least 3 years recent industry experience.
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- CHC43015 - Certificate IV in Ageing support, including HLTHPS007 - Administer and Monitor Medications or a higher qualification.
- Blue Card (or willing to obtain).
- Police Check (or willing to obtain).
- Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
- Hold a full driver’s licence and be willing to travel when required.

**_Highly desired:_**
- RN or EN, however ideally an EEN who is approved to administer medication is highly desired.
- Experience as a Trainer and Assessor
